In this Agreement, the following terms shall have the meanings set out below unless the context expressly requires otherwise:

• "988min," "we," "us," or "our" refers to the 988min platform, its operators, and all affiliated entities responsible for the operation of the website located at https://988min.com.
• "Player," "you," or "your" refers to any individual who accesses, registers on, or uses the 988min platform in any capacity.
• "Account" means the personal account opened by you on the 988min platform following successful registration and, where applicable, KYC verification.
• "Platform" means the 988min website, mobile interface, casino games, sportsbook, and all associated features and services.
• "Real Money Balance" means funds deposited by you into your 988min account that are available for wagering and withdrawal.
• "Bonus Balance" means promotional credits, free spin winnings, or other non-cash incentives credited to your account by 988min, subject to wagering requirements.
• "KYC" means the Know Your Customer identity verification process required by 988min prior to the processing of any withdrawal request.

If you do not agree with any part of this Agreement, you must immediately stop using the 988min platform and close your account by contacting our 24/7 support team. Continued use of the platform following the publication of any amendments to this Agreement constitutes your acceptance of those amendments.

This Agreement is a legally binding document. We strongly recommend that you read it in full before placing your first wager. If any part of this document is unclear, please contact our support team — available in both English and Urdu — before proceeding.

Use of the 988min platform is restricted to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and throughout the duration of their use:

• You are at least 21 years of age or older. This is a hard minimum age requirement and is non-negotiable.
• You are legally permitted to participate in online gambling under the laws applicable in your jurisdiction of residence.
• You are not registered on any self-exclusion list, including any list maintained by 988min or by any gambling regulatory authority.
• You are acting on your own behalf and are not registering or playing on behalf of any other person or entity.
• You do not hold an existing 988min account. Only one account per person is permitted at any time.

988min reserves the absolute right to request age verification documentation at any time during your use of the platform. If you are found to be under 21 years of age, your account will be immediately closed, all winnings will be voided, and any deposited funds will be returned minus any withdrawals already processed.

To access real-money features on 988min — including deposits, withdrawals, bonus participation, and live wagering — you must create a registered account. The registration process requires you to provide accurate, current, and complete personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and a valid contact email address.

You are strictly prohibited from creating more than one account on the 988min platform, whether under the same or a different name, email address, device, or IP address. 988min accepts deposits via the following payment methods: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, Bitcoin (BTC), USDT TRC-20, Visa, and Mastercard. Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply per method and are displayed at the time of deposit. 988min reserves the right to modify these limits without prior notice.

All deposits must be made from payment instruments that are registered in your own name. Third-party deposits — including payments made from accounts belonging to family members — are prohibited. 988min reserves the right to hold or reverse deposits that cannot be verified as originating from the registered account holder.

Crypto deposits via Bitcoin and USDT TRC-20 are processed at the exchange rate applicable at the time of blockchain confirmation. 988min does not charge a platform fee on crypto deposits. Network transaction fees charged by the blockchain are the responsibility of the depositing player.

Deposits are credited to your Real Money Balance upon confirmation. In the event of a technical error during a deposit transaction, please contact support immediately with your transaction reference number. 988min will investigate and resolve all legitimate deposit disputes within 72 hours.

Withdrawal requests on 988min are subject to the following conditions, all of which must be satisfied before a withdrawal is processed:

• Your account must be fully KYC-verified, including submission of a valid government-issued photo ID (CNIC or passport) and proof of residential address.
• You must have met all applicable wagering requirements on any bonus funds currently active in your account.
• Withdrawals must be made to a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party withdrawals are not permitted.
• The withdrawal amount must meet the minimum threshold for your chosen payment method, as displayed in the cashier section.

Processing times vary by payment method. JazzCash and EasyPaisa withdrawals to verified accounts typically process within five minutes. HBL, UBL, and Meezan Bank transfers may take up to one business day. Bitcoin and USDT TRC-20 withdrawals are processed within 30 minutes of approval and carry zero 988min platform fee.

988min reserves the right to request additional verification documentation for withdrawal amounts above certain thresholds, in accordance with our anti-money-laundering obligations. Such requests will be communicated via the email address registered on your account.

988min offers a range of promotional bonuses to eligible registered players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and VIP loyalty rewards. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions published alongside each individual offer at the time of issue. In the event of any conflict between a specific bonus offer's terms and this Agreement, the specific bonus terms shall prevail.

General bonus terms applicable to all 988min promotions unless otherwise stated:

• Bonus funds are credited to your Bonus Balance and must meet the applicable wagering requirement before any portion can be transferred to your Real Money Balance or withdrawn.
• Wagering requirements must be met within the validity period stated on the bonus offer. Unused bonus funds expire upon the end of the validity period.
• Maximum bet limits apply while a bonus is active. Placing bets in excess of the stated maximum while using bonus funds may result in forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings.
• Bonuses are issued for personal use only. Any attempt to abuse bonus offers — including through multiple accounts, coordinated play, or arbitrage — will result in account suspension.
• 988min reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 988min platform. Engaging in any of the following will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all balances, and may be reported to relevant authorities:

• Fraud and Misrepresentation: Providing false identity information, using stolen payment instruments, or misrepresenting your age or eligibility.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in poker, live games, or any other multiplayer format.
• Bonus Abuse: Opening multiple accounts to claim multiple bonuses, using automated tools to exploit promotional offers, or any form of coordinated bonus farming.
• Automated Play: Using bots, scripts, artificial intelligence, or any other automated software to place bets or interact with the platform in place of genuine human play.

• Account Sharing: Allowing any other person to access, operate, or wager using your 988min account.
• Chargeback Abuse: Initiating fraudulent chargebacks or payment disputes with your bank or payment provider after depositing funds on 988min.

988min employs real-time fraud detection systems and manual review processes to identify prohibited conduct. Any account flagged for investigation will be placed under review and may have withdrawals suspended pending the outcome of that review.

All content on the 988min platform — including but not limited to the 988min brand name, logo, website design, game interfaces, promotional graphics, written content, software code, and data compilations — is the exclusive intellectual property of 988min or its licensed content providers. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the 988min platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This licence does not permit you to:

• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of any 988min software.

Any unauthorised use of 988min intellectual property will be pursued to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.

The 988min platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we make every reasonable effort to ensure continuous, uninterrupted service, 988min does not warrant that the platform will be free of errors, interruptions, or technical faults at all times.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 988min shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of funds resulting from technical failures, server outages, or connectivity issues beyond our reasonable control.
• Any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from your use of or inability to use the platform.
• Losses arising from your reliance on any information published on the platform, including odds, statistics, or promotional material.
• Any damage to your device, software, or data resulting from your access to or use of the 988min platform.

In cases where a technical error results in an incorrect payout being credited to your account, 988min reserves the right to correct the error and recover the incorrectly credited amount. You will be notified of any such correction via your registered email address.

Nothing in this Agreement limits 988min's liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by 988min's own negligence, or any liability that cannot be excluded by applicable law.

988min is committed to providing a safe, responsible, and enjoyable gaming environment. We take our duty of care to players seriously and have implemented a range of tools and policies to support responsible gambling across our platform.

The following responsible gaming tools are available to all registered 988min players at no cost via the Account Settings section:

Your continued use of the 988min platform after any amendment takes effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Agreement. If you do not accept any amended terms, you must stop using the platform and request account closure before the effective date of the amendment.

All amendments will be dated and versioned. The current version of this Agreement, as displayed on this page, supersedes all prior versions. We recommend bookmarking this page and reviewing it periodically, particularly before making significant deposits or claiming new bonuses.

This Agreement and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with it shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which 988min holds its international gaming licence. 988min operates under an international gaming licence and maintains compliance with the regulatory standards of that licensing authority.

In the event of a dispute between you and 988min, the following process applies:

• Step 3 — Arbitration: Should escalation not resolve the matter, disputes may be referred to binding arbitration under the rules of the applicable arbitration body. Arbitration shall be conducted in English.

Nothing in this clause limits your rights under applicable consumer protection legislation in your country of residence, including Pakistan.
